The most popular choice is a combi boiler. These provide hot water for both your central heating system and your taps. Water may take a short time to heat but they offer a cost-effective way of providing as much hot water as you need.

 

Conventional boilers send hot water to a cylinder and to your radiators. Therefore the hot water available is limited by the capacity of the cylinder. You will need to have a cold water tank and hot water cylinder in your home. These are often fitted into your home's loft.
